What is lean ? Lean, sizzurp, mud, dirty drank, dirty sprite, wokhard, etc, is a mixture of perscribed or non perscribed cough syrup, mainly Codein Promethazine and soda. This mixture is used to get the user high, when mixing drugs such as codein promethazine into soda and proceeding to 'sip it' the effects can be dangerous and very bad for your health. Since codein is an opiate and promethazine is an opiod, these 2 narcotics can lead to sever health issues such as : brain damage, liver damage, heart damage and more. Lean is very addicting and once the user is hooked on it they have a very high chance of either overdosing or severe livure failure. Lean is mainly used by influencers, hip hop musicians and many other rappers. One rap group that went by the name ShorelineMafia abused lean almost every day and a number of other drugs, they would often 'pour it up' in their music videos and show it off 24/7.
