How cigars are made
Cigars are a tobacco cigarette rolled in a tobacco leaf that is primarily meant for puffing, not inhaling. Cigars are enjoyed all over the world, specifically by the aficionado culture, as it is the best way to smoke tobacco. Cigars originate from Cuba, where the Columbus noticed the Mayan people smoking rudimentary cigars that were rolled in the leaves of palm trees. Today, Cigars are manufactured all over the world, the finest cigars continue to be hand-made while machines helped in mass production. They come in many different sizes and shapes. The darker the cigar blend is the stronger the tobacco will be.
Cigars are made from material from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum, witch means tobacco plant. Today, the tobacco plant grows in many parts of the world, but the best plants still grow in the hot climate of Cuba, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, etc. To make the cigar, we need three types of tobacco leaves :a filler, a binder, and a wrapper. Some broken tobacco leaves can serve the purpose of a filler or a whole leaf. The second quality of the cigar is used as a middle binder layer during the rolling process, the third layer is the superior quality and should be a large fine rolled leaf. The wrapper leaves are separately picked from the leaves that are covered in clothes during the cultivation process .The rolling of a cigar can be either done by hand or using a rolling machine. All you need is three types of tobacco leaves. all three layers of the tobacco leave comes all come from the same place, some of the brands are used as a inferior quality binder for cultivators elsewhere. The entire process of making a cigar is a faint idea of why the product costs so much, the leaves of a tobacco plant are like fine wine, and each cigar is carefully manufactured in its own unique way. It gets a good ample amount of attention at almost every stage of the production, right from cultivation process till the last wrapping and packaging step.
